I happened upon a blog post the other day (still cannot remember how I ended up there) and was thrilled with what I found. It sucked me in for hours. Raw Food SOS had an amazing post critiquing the documentary Forks Over Knives. Wow. If you have ever been curious about the vegan vs. traditional foods debate, you will be enthralled. I’ve read both The China Study and Nourishing Traditions (following the Weston A. Price Foundation ideas), and was hoping there was someone out there who is much more intelligent than I am (and who has far more time to devote to research) who could speak to both for me. Thank you, Denise!

Raw Food SOS Critique of Forks Over Knives
Please come back and tell me what you think.
Getting this excited about research, graphs and stats probably makes me a Freak this Friday. I am so OK with that.
Thanks for sharing these interesting links Jenna. I’ve heard about the documentary and the China study and I know about Sally Fallon’s book. Very interested to know more about the debate. I’ll check these links out tonight!
What an awesome post Jenna. The lies that are promulgated by Forks Over Knives have me hopping mad! I’ll certainly be spreading the word. Thanks for sharing this link.
Fascinating, right? Now, if only I could memorize eveything she says so that next time a vegan friend questions my food choices, I had her stats/studies as answers!! Definitely a post not to be missed.
